Our Mission

Beat Holdings Limited is pioneering the integration of Bitcoin and/or related ETF ("Bitcoin") into traditional corporate treasury management. As the only Bitcoin Treasury Company incorporated/registered at the Cayman Islands and listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, we will explore the forefront of institutional Bitcoin adoption.

What We Do

We strategically acquire and hold Bitcoin and/or Bitcoin ETFs as our primary treasury assets. Our approach combines the innovative potential of cryptocurrency with the stability and transparency required by a listed company. In addition, we purchase/hold listed shares and shares of other companies, and provide “Messaging Business” and “Licensing Business” through our consolidated subsidiaries. Bitcoin Treasury Board

Our Bitcoin Treasury Board had been established to oversee Bitcoin-related investment decisions and to ensure proper governance of our digital asset holdings. We are planning to invite experts in both traditional finance and cryptocurrency markets as members of the board.
